How nice

Ok, I went to go log in then I went to the item shop and bought platinum. My app crashes I go back into the app and log in go to the world my characters are in and all five slots are black and nothing happens when I click on them. I tried everything re-downloading restarting iPod touch and a lot more. You either fix this or I want my money back I spent, $10, this is crap and shouldn't happen.

Hi there,

This sounds as though your Platinum purchase did not complete.

To fix this, first of all fully switch off your device, turn it back on again, and start the app.

If this does not solve the issue, you will need to connect to the game using a different Wi-Fi connection to the one you normally use. Please make sure you use the same device that you used to purchase the Platinum on. Using a different Wi-Fi connection should allow the transaction to complete, and you will be able to continue playing the game.

It's not that it didn't complete because it did its the fact that when it completed my app crashed and now I can't get back into game from the character screen, all of the slots are blacked. I tried both and all methods, if I don't get my money back from this error on your guyses part there will be dire consequences I will report this and tell everyone bad reviews. I'll call iTunes and warn them of the issue if it doesn't get fixed in 4days time. And lose your app there.

Get a life, you spend $10 on what? A game? (not bashing, i buy plat occasionally) Threatenig otm like that, tbh, calling iTunes wont really do much... ✌✌

C'mon man dont threat OTM Its not there fault that your iPod/iPhone/iPad crashed and your being a bit pushy don't you think :/

Haha, have you even got your receipt from iTunes for your purchase?

Noob central.

Try deleting and re installing the app.
