Support's speed in replying tickets or emails

Support needs to speed up, can't seem to get any replies from the support whether I sent an in-game ticket or through email.

The Support Team is currently working their way through the Christmas backlog, as they received a very large number of requests over the holidays, and so it may take some time to them to respond to your issue.
