Cant connect

I logged off and cant get on it says initial connection finished and dosent so anyrhing HELP
Firstly, can you please fully turn off your device, turn it back on again, and then launch Celtic Heroes? This usually solves the majority of problems.
If this does not work, please try connecting to the game using a different Wi-Fi connection to the one you normally use.
