My bro redbeard23 world: level: 76 was hacked out of golden dagger of venom and heroic gloves of haste also there was 100$ worth of plat on that acc we have the acc back but all his chars were deleted the hacker:ler,ryansthebest, I want him banned as soon as possible aslo I want my bro to have his golden venom and heroic gloves back or a refund of his money

How did he get 'hacked'?

FYI, you can't be hacked. Hacking implies the other player, the 'hacker', used 3rd party software to modify the game via the servers.

Did you mean the 'hacker' is a 'scammer'?

FYI, you can't 'scam' on this game. There are several measures put in place to ensure one could not be scammed.

And also, FYI, you don't own your account. OTM doesn't have to give you anything for something that you technically never owned.

Ler (the hacker) was acting as if he was a one thumb mobile crew member and 2 yes be was scammed because ler told him if he didn't hand over the acc he would ban him which that is against the terms and conditions and 3 it was his acc he has it back so they should refund his items or his money (he mostly wants his money) so there's the corrections

If items or Gold have been traded then the Support Team will be unable to restore them, as all trades are final and are the full responsibility of the users involved.
