Dropped item ( support is lazy no reply in 9-10 days)

Ok immgetting annoyed now it's been a good 1 & 1/2 weeks since I sent a support message

I dropped a item (spirit shadow gloves from other world armour quest ) about 1 month ago
I want the item to complete a full set and it won't let me take quest again to get item back please I've me item back

No support reply in 9-10 days is taking the p**s. I'll send 1 support ticket every day until I get a reply u guess?

Hopefully you can read this and sort it ASAP! Ben waiting ages for you.

Bit of a self righteous chap, aren't you.

You are complaining on a Monday... the Monday after the New Year's Holiday.... that support hasn't replied to you in a 9 days?

Laughable.

Lemme guess... You sent a ticket on December 28th. lol. Take the Saturdays and Sundays out of your equation (down to 5 days). Take at LEAST New Year's Eve and January 1st out of your equation (down to 3 days). And probably January 2nd as well (down to 2 days). Are you in the British time zone? If not, subtract another day. No matter what, you are essentially complaining for waiting a day or two.

As an aside, you sent a ticket a week and a half ago about an item you dropped one month ago!? You're the one who sounds lazy. Ace.

As a further aside, someone as impatient and pompous as yourself shouldn't be allowed to use the name Ghandi.

I was planning on the same response, but didn't get round to typing it up in time.
Community has on a few occasions apologised and explained to all the slacking non-workers who complain non-stop that companies, like mine and theirs go on holiday over Christmas and new years, hence a slight backlog.

Actually yeah say all that but when u send in tickets and havnt had a response in that long and you get people sending in it tickets and getting a response within a day yeah it's annoying.
