Dropped item

Hello, I accidentally dropped my focus of enchantment for meteorotic weapon mistaking it for another item and i am now unable to finish the quest, i have sent two support tickets and was wondering if anything will be done. Thanks.

If you have sent in a support ticket your item will be restored, however it may take some time as the Support Team is currently working through the Christmas backlog as they received a very large number of requests over the holiday period.
However please be assured that your issue will be dealt with as soon as possible.
