Celtic Heroes

So it has been brought to my attention that recently a few noticable changes has happened but havent seen any post by admin stating they were changing things. These are what i know has changed: who promotes and demotes ppl now shows so no longer is it a guess about who is demoting and promoting ppl this change i like. Another change is gnarlroot spawn has been moved. Now other things might have changed but i havent noticed however my clan members have said they are noticing a lot more skill evades and auto attack misses while fighting mobs. Can i please have admin response on these changes and what else was changed, also why they didnt say they were changing things.
