Support not responding

Hello there,

I sent a support ticket asking for a refund on my Tartan suit, red dress shoes, Nimble cloud, and my golden growth charm. It has been a week since I sent my ticket, yet no response. I'm refunding because I want a warden shirt.
When will I hear a response? Did the guy go to pee then mine came up, then another came up and he came back and he answered other guy first?

They not responding to everyone's ticket and emails. I have waited for almost 3 weeks

I personally wouldn't refund people superficial purchases because they now want to buy something that will progress in the game.
I still only wear my friends, as trial, warden and diamond because I don't want to waste gold on clothes that give no bonus whatsoever in the game. Don't waste your own gold on unnecessary rubbish.
