Is it possible to recover a Disabled account?

hello there a couple months ago i got hacked because i was stupid and admin if you are reading this is possible to recover an account that is disabled? i know the username but im not sure if the person that took my account changed the pass so if it is possible can you plz help me

You can appeal the disabling of an account by using the Celtic Heroes Appeals Procedure.

I do love the word hacked.
Except, reading your post says to me that you were stupid and gave someone your log in details, probably in the hopes that they would play and level your toon for you, but you like to call it being hacked after they changed the password on you.
My advice, beg them, cry to them, call yourself a Noob for giving your details out etc etc etc but whatever you do don't go saying you got hacked because you clearly didn't
