My friend and clanmate LordDoctor(Arawn) has asked you politely for a refund for his broom. You refuse, and then the broom "magically" disappears from his inventory, with no money being returned and you will do nothing about it.

I find this to be extremely poor customer service, and a bit appalling that you treat your high level, loyal customers with such disregard.

Please note that I will make no further purchases in your game unless this issue is rectified. When you start scamming your players out of a million gold, you'll start losing your player base pretty quickly.

I have never had an issue with you helping me before, so please extend the same courtesy to my clanmate now.

Ty vik but the response u will get is for me to send another support request which I guess is what I will do... Hopefully its a glitch.

You know guys it has happend to my bro his diamond bp and greaves just disappears without a trace so yea most likely its a glich and i hope it gets fixed because my bro just lost 110k but again that's nothing to a 1 mil broom good luck on getting the broom back

I seem to have gotten 500k just now which means it was vendored... I swear on Friday I got a response that said it was traded though. Unless there was a wrong message sent to me? I'm not sure but I did send a request to get the broom back so hopefully on Monday support will be able to return it if it was vendored.

I'm still not sure how it could of been vendored or why I didn't get the gold till today. If this is a glitch then should I reinstall the app or something?
