My friend and clanmate LordDoctor(Arawn) has asked you politely for a refund for his broom. You refuse, and then the broom "magically" disappears from his inventory, with no money being returned and you will do nothing about it.
I find this to be extremely poor customer service, and a bit appalling that you treat your high level, loyal customers with such disregard.
Please note that I will make no further purchases in your game unless this issue is rectified. When you start scamming your players out of a million gold, you'll start losing your player base pretty quickly.
I have never had an issue with you helping me before, so please extend the same courtesy to my clanmate now.
