Need a refund

Ok so I bought a diamond icon from shop and a few days later got a book from aggy, so I no longer need this icon. This happened in decemberish and I've sent over 3 tickets with no response. I would really like my 71k back because now I have a useless item sitting in my bag that I've used for just a few days.

Feel free to sell to players. You made the decision to purchase the item. Just because you get an upgrade doesn't mean support owes you a refund.

If it is more than 12 days support will not refund the item . Grats on the book though !

I sent the ticket 3-4 days after i got it then gain a week later and again just recently

I spoke with the Support Team, and they said they sent you a message informing you that because you no longer have the item they are unable to offer you a refund.
