ok so i just started yesterday and i dont see anyone on i like to play with people in these types of games but, is there a pisific world everyone goes to or something?or a certain hangout?

If you head to Farcrag Castle you'll normally find quite a few people there, especially in the couryard.

okay but what world, i think the worlds should tell u how many people are in that world

All the Worlds are roughly equal in population, it just depends on what time you're playing the game as to how many people you see.

I think it might also have to do with the area you are currently fighting. If you just started, you are fighting around the beach/questing there. It isn't a terribly popular place to go.

One thing you can do is check the zone for who is on. (click the little people icon, then Area... this will show you everyone in the zone.)

As mentioned, going to the castle is also a place you will most likely find people milling about.
