Celtic Heroes

Ok this is the only thing standing in my way from my meteoric dagger! I have every diamond and the connacht gold ingot and the foci of enchantment but frostharrow just is not spawning! Yesterday i got fireflight to spawn 3 times vendranox 2 times skydancer 3 times voidreaper 2 times but not a single frostharrow!! Someone mind telling me his most common spawning area?

I'm hoping it is just the case of keep killing, I am about to start it with my druid and ranger (little late I know) and I'm planning on farming with both of them tomorrow to get them to spawn

Frostarrow seems to have a weird spawn over by bladewing not even sure what to kill there to get it to spawn seems to be just an extra random spawn. All i can say is keep killing wisps and hopefully it spawns.

He's been spawning lots image, grab two of your characters and just run around killing every wisp you see, it will probably take you 1-2 hours to get him.

Although me personally I thought about doing that quest but when I consider doing it I think to myself that I could grab two extra levels in the ime it takes to spawn one.

Hence my rangers level and still no upgraded weapon. :-)

Not true scammer noob, ive seen him spawn near bladewing, near fell and second wisps island as well
