my final plead for my password to get MANUALLY resetted

admin can you please manually reset my password like how you used to do before version 2?? i have tried all the methods you have told me but it says i dont have my e-mail connected to my account. please manually reset it i have put in a lot of work for my toon and would really be depressed if i am not able to play for the up and coming update
nothing else seems to work

Did you read his post? His email account is not linked. You do know you need a linked email to use their support aka ticket system right?.......

Just email them if u don't have ur account linked to an email and need the password reset. They will need some verification its ur account like plat purchases when the accout was made and stuff like that.

i have tried that i did exactly what you said and admin hasnt responded to that e-mail in months...

Make a new account and use support system in game, they have told people in the past to do this.
