I would like to know the email to put forward a apeal

could someone please reply me the email so that i could put through a apeal as my mager has either disappeared from my account or be disable i would love if someone could help.

If your character has disappeared it may be the character has been deleted. We don't disable specific characters, but rather entire accounts are disabled.
You can use the in-game support tool to contact the Support Team, and if the character has been deleted they will be able to restore it.
