I've tried to turn off my device, then turn it back on and try to connect. I've tried to delete the app and restart but it makes no difference. Im confused why i can play at other networks but not the one i mostly use. I'm FrostKnight from Sulis and if I was to get different internet would the game work? Please help

The network you are on probably blocks game servers. Ask your network admin. Is it school or the office?

It is the wifi at my house, and i just dont have any idea why it won't work.

Also I forgot to say, I connected to the game for half an hour once and it wasnt laggy at all. Is there a way to change the setting if my wifi blocks game servers if it is set to that for some reason?

You will have to contact your internet service provider with regards to changing your Wi-Fi settings, as the issue may be related to your modem or router.
