Cant connect to worlds

For some reason everytime i log in i cant connect to any worlds. Pls help I've reinstalled and it did not work. Pls help.

Try reconnecting your wifi.

Sounds like a connection issue. Check with your provider.

I have tried reconnecting but i will see with the provider. Thank you all
