Celtic Heroes

I create a druid on taranis called FaithBringer on the same world as miltononius. A few weeks back I sent a ticket to support asking if they could get bwck my deleted character a rogue named valek. They did gt it back but Faithbringer got replaced with Valek and I lost alot of items Discs and 600k worth i lux i guess i dont need to say what i lost as they messaged me when i said my account got replaced and said "FaithBringer has not been deleted" so.... Asked for it to be put back on my account with Valek and milt been waiting days really wanna play but can not without lux and my druid back Any news support???
