Ok so umm my email got changed and I did not change it, I sent support and email saying it was not me but no response

I'm guessing you gave your account info to someone else and they changed the email associated with your account or you mistyped the email to begin with.

There was a hacker or scammer on her acc and he/she also scammed me so it wasn't a misstype... But it's not cool that they don't even answer
