I have two questions, how to get the yule cloud and templ wand? Pls help

Temptest wand is a drop from Temptest Spirit (a level 30 cloud that spawns behind highshore village). Yule cloud is attainable by killing the snowstorm spirits (the level 2 clouds that float around Lirs), also you can gain white yule hat by killing these snowstorm spirits.
