My lvl 109 200 Euro account is disabled pls help :(

My acc is disabled i sended a message to support why and they sayd because i buyd this account and i need to read the rules to get it back i have done this and they gived me a email Adress and sayd i have to send user and world to them they sended me a email back that i cant get the account back when in not the real owner i invested 200 euros in this account pls help
