I have been disable and i sended an appeal and thats what they anwser me will it enable my account back ?

I'm sure Support will be able to give you a more thorough answer, but this is all anyone will be able to tell you. We don't know why your account was banned or what support thinks should happen to you.

Welll do they think i have been ban or that i lost my acc ?
