Celtic Heroes

My character lost from my acc 8 days till now after server crash ,happened this to anyone ?if its happened how long took to claim the character or claim lost weapons and a.t.c
Did ingame support help to anyone any proplem and how long time had to wait ?
I will be please if someone can give any informations
