Username/password frustration (Disabled account)

It says Username and password incorrect and I wrote my username and password correct. I know my username, it is a really easy username and I wrote my password correctly because it's in my E-mail inbox right now and I copied it also. My E-mail that I use to reset my password doesn't work. I think someone accessed my account by guessing my password and username. So I can't play. I don't want to start all over because I worked so hard on that account and plus I would lose a lot of friends of mine.

I have a new problem now. I found out my account was used, That account is now disabled because I reported him, so that the scammer can't access my account anymore but now I want to access the account agian. But I need to find out the password and I know my username. If I found out the password, can you enable it agian?

When I first set my password for CH I had a period in the password, but when I tried to use it, it was said to be invalid. I eventually tried the password without the period and it worked. This may not be your issue, but just thought I'd mention it.

It has been 3-4 days and no response. It usually takes 3 days from my experience.

They don't work weekends and Friday/Monday was Easter

I sent email well over a week almost two weeks ago and no reply no nothing ....
