Hi my child went on the game put in their own account name and password and went on same server as my charactor and now my charactor is missing deleted from the game I've tried logging back in but keep getting name/password not right please is it possible to get my charactor back I had a level 115 warrior on lugh server name callator please I have worked hard and spent money on this I would be grateful if this can be resolved.

You can send the Support Team a message by using the in-game tool; they can then take a look at the issue for you.

Hello thanks for responding because I can not get on my account in game I went on child's account and filled out the support form and sent it off yesterday does this matter I done this on a different account? Also how long do support usually take to try and resolve this and is it possible to restore my charactor have you heard of success stories thanks

dont wory just go on child account on same profile you made ur toon state you problem not to much detail they no got time ta read it all, stat your player name level, and apporx how much plat you spent or had on it, the world, and a lil ty

No, as long as you included all the information it shouldn't matter which account you sent the message on.

It may take some time for the Support Team to respond to your issue as they receive a very large number of requests every day. However please be assured that they will process it as soon as possible.

Hi they will most likely contact you with an in game message that will pop up when you log in.

Hi thanks for answering but what if they can not contact in game will they then contact me by my email ? Have you or any admin know or heard of people getting characters restored? Will support just restore on my child's account or start a new one for my character? Sorry about so many questions just hope I can get character restored thanks again guys:)
