Pretty much what the title says..

OR does my shield of bark, meditate, howling wind, grasping roots, stay the same. (ie shield of bark will always remain at 250 regardless of how high focus is)?

From what I've learned focus does increase the variables of the majority of druid skills. Some that it won't though would be grasping roots since its level dependent and I don't think focus will change the level you can affect. Also i believe that bandage wounds, recuperate, and i think meditate are vitality based skills. Not positive on meditate though. Aside from those i believe focus increases the numbers on the rest of the druids skills.

Focus increases spell damage and spell potency of heals and buffs.
