No. As far as I know, OTM is not affiliated with GM, so you have to go to GM and apply for a job. I don't think you will get it unless you are a mechanic.

And no someone I know wants to be a GM and just wondering. =P
So I guess no one is going to be a In-game GM then =P Because OTM should of done it by now. :s
I am pretty sure the person I know is techy....my chieftain first of all. =O
