Seriously ive seen a lot of new scammer claiming to be support lately, (dont remove, its not shame n blame) GameSupport a lvl 1 Asking for passwords and claiming you'll be banned. Quite a bunch of lvl 100 plat buyers have fell for this. Same goes for 1mil scamms these all need to be fixed please!

Guys high alert: he says this "Hello Player! The has been Reporting's of Irregular Activity on your account. Therefore we have to investigate. For safety purposes, please provide us with the account Username and Password. If you refuse t respond to this message you will be banned."

Funny. He's only targeting high lvls. Heads up, he's NOT with OTM, and he is in NO way involved with "Support" as support would never directly ask for someone info unless it's an in-game message to help recover a lost account.

OTM never asks you for username and password they already have them lol.

Plus otm would send a server wide message probably. A server wide message is a message everyone would hear, people from stonevale, Lirs Reach etc. Oh and I believe if a staff member of otm logs on, he would be level 0 or even 500. It's probably same guy in my world who got banned but then made a new account on a different server. His ip should be banned.
