Hi, i'm new to this whole forum thing so i'd like to apologies if this is the wrong place for asking in advance.

I have a problem, I forgot my password to my account but have my email registered and did the send password reset link to email address but however I have not received a link yet. If someone could help me with this problem I'd be very grateful.

Was it a fake e-mail? If it was a fake e-mail, you wouldn't receive anything.

No it was personal email address?

Its ok now! realised it was in my blocked contacts by mistake.
