Hi (: i dropped my +6 light heal ring by accident and sent 3 tickets to support over the period of about 5 days and no response.... this item is kinda important to my build and i need it back asap but im getting no responses.

If you have sent in a ticket to the Support Team they will respond to your issue as soon as possible, however they do receive a very large number of tickets every single day so it can take some time.

Please be assured though that your issue will be looked at as soon as possible.

Accidentally dropped a +6 ring ? How does that happen ?
