I purchased $40.00 worth the platinum, but I have yet to see anything placed onto my account...Ive tried to fix the problem by following the various methods,but none of them did the trick. I'm extremely disappointed that I didn't immediately recieve the Platinum upon my purchase, because I was ready to go to on a shopping spree :[...I've contacted support, but no luck yet...anyone have some advice?

Did a message box reading "purchase successful, bla bla bla" showed up, or something else?

Your country probably has taxes, so that's why you didn't receive the platinum. Maybe you have to pay those taxes?

I received invoices from ITunes, also the funds were taken from my account. I've never had to deal with an app not giving me what I purchased...about how long do I need to expect to wait for before I get an administrators response?

I live in the United States.

Two days ago I purchased platinum and I have yet to see any platinum appear on my account...it is very frustrating and inconvenient. I have already followed all ofmthe advise on the support section of your website with no success. I've asked for help on the forums and submitted an in-game ticket asking for help, but I haven't heard anything from an administrator. I've listed my invoices from ITunes below...please help!
