asked for refund: one month+ later, no answer...

I have asked for my dropped Grand ring of Nature's Breath and Grand ring of Earth back, but no answer since more than one month.
Could you please react? I am getting pissed...

They need to investigate first I think, to check if your lying or not.

yes but usually when I ask I get back in few days, even if they investigate it doesn't take one month! and still nothing
