hello my friend lost is bow of four winds, so he emailed OTM asking if you guys could get it back, because he needed it for meteoric. my friends name is littlemix and as a friend i lent him a few things from my bank which are rare things to help him lvl up and then when hes on hes feet alone he was gonna give them back to me. yesterday he tried logging into his account and it said that he was banned and basicaly you guys deleted his aacount. if you could pls get back to me on what happened that would be great.

In your e-mail, state the name and World of a character on the account which has been disabled.
Write a SHORT summary as to why you feel your account should be enabled.
We will then examine your case, and if your appeal is successful you will be e-mailed and informed that your account has been enabled. If you appeal has been unsuccessful, you will be e-mailed and informed of the reason why we have chosen not to enable your account.
