How to get a disabled account back message?

Hello please admin if you read this help me out! Okay so I logged on im wifi124 and I had a message that said to prevent the disabling of an account please email one thumb mobile on the reason why?! Im scared does this mean they are banning/disabling my account or just giving a random message?

It takes a while to get your account back, I have been waiting for 5 weeks.

those are probably just an automated message that goes out once in a while
