My ring.... :(

Alright so i dropped my ring on accident while clearing my pack (+6 light heal ring) and i sent a support ticket asking for it back minutes after i dropped it, its been the couse of about 9 days and ive sent about 4 tickets... what is going on?

Dont work weekends, so knock off sat and Sunday. Time zone difference so knock off the day you sent it and Friday. So thats only 5 days, and everyone is busy preparing for beta. :p as well as the fact that multiple tickets slows them down

Yeah guess i wasnt thinking the ticket one through, im just worried about my ring!
