Hey everyone,

So...4/28/2013 was the day my account was stolen/hacked. I'm not sure who, I do not know how, or why. Support finally got back to me through an in-game message saying that on 4/28/2013 my username and password were given out, therefore traded/shared and has been disabled.

That's impossible because on 4/28, I was logged in until 2am, and I tried to log in again at 8 am to find that everything was changed. Is there a way to recover my account? Or do I have to start ALL over again from the beginning?

Special thanks to Support team for the hard work, and I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

This means that support has checked your chat logs and determined that you shared your username and password with someone. See the sticky at the top of the page about not giving out your password? It is against TOS to share your account info, therefore I wouldnt expect much help from support... Good luck...

but on 4/28 i never gave out my username or password to anybody. how can somebody get my password and username without me telling anybody?

Otm has the ability to go through all your chat logs, if they say you gave out your info on 4/28, then I would have to believe em...

.....wait..........wait wait wait.....it just hit me. whoever was on my account DID give out the username but a fake password in a say. i might have a screenshot of that.

Ok... Then why would someone who just stole your account say your username and fake password in chat? That makes zero sense...

they were trying to ransom 100k off me and a bunch of people. I do have screenshots of everything, taken from my alt Lumiya, who's a mage in Herne.
