Im lvl 81 and have an astral helm, boots, gloves and sword. I have the quests for the astral bp and greaves. With the update, will i lose the quests and all my astral items??

Most likely not since otm would know it outrages the players.

No. If you have started the quest, you will get to keep it. If you have not started it, you will have to meet the new level requirement.
