I have purchased a '1600 platinum' for USD49.99 and have not received the platinum yet. Already tried the 3 methods suggested in the support and still not working, sent a support request but have no reply for 4 days already.

U know what? I am really disappointed with the support service. 5 days still no response..... And the sole reason for buying plat was BECAUSE of the SIGILS. Now it is gone even before I got my plat. wth?

I've been waiting 13 days now...I email support, sent in a ticket and posted on the forums...still nothing...it's extremely discouraging to anyone considering to buy platinum...
