I have 2 shards of cronus and 2 seals of cronus but the game won't let me have the gloves. It is repeating over and over again that I should get 1 shard and 2 seals. How do i get the gloves?

I am experiencing the same problem with the duskshadow robe,,,,it requires 3 and 6, and i now have 8 and 8, and still no robe,,,,,have reported it to support, but have no answers as of yet,,,,any other ideas?????

seems to be a common thread here, as i am having the same problem with the dark shadow boots,,,,,as a mage, my armor is minimal to begin with, and with out the ability to upgrade, i will never be able to proceed,,,,,please advise

4 shards and seals of spletch,,,,no darkshadow boots,,,,8 shards and seals of enteron, no duskshadow robe, still no response from support, i am sure they are busy with new stuff, but i am afraid to go on with any of the armor quests,,,,any suggestions??? at lev 70, i sure don't want to have to restart!!

try to put the quest item in bank and retake them
I just did this and completed the quest for my boots

I placed the shards and seals for my gloves into the bank and then took them out again and it fixed the problem. Try putting them on the bank and leave them in for a minute then take them out and itll work. Trust me it works!

Trust me it's not that hard to grind from 1-70
