Everytime when it starting patching, it said Unable to connect to server. I shut down the idevice completely and I do not have another wi-fi network, I only have one.

Are you able to connect using a mobile connection?

It sounds like you have a connection issue, so the only thing I can suggest is to try and use a different Wi-Fi connection if you can. Do you perhaps have access to a public Wi-Fi service?

I can contact server right now. I didn't do anything but all of a suddenly I can connect. I did a hard reset a few time. This "unable to contact server" happens everytime after I reinstall the game and patching starts.
