Normally I would not begin a post just to ask this type of question but with a new forum account, the ability for a Private Message is unavailable.

I emailed support @onethumbmobile.com (minus the space before ampersat) and have yet to receive a reply back to my question. Since Celtic Heroes launched update 4, I suspect the person/group handling this account is working overtime currently. Could you inquire about my email?
Please check the Spam folder as the email address used could be construed as such. I used the same email address when registered to this forum.
