New Patch suggestions didn't work!

I tried everything humanly possible to try and get back in the game but, had no success..
I have an iPhone 4
Version: 6.1(10B141)
Model: MD200LL/A
With a U.S Carrier: Sprint 14.0
I don't it this information is of any help.

This patch didn't address these issues
I'm on a iPad Mini an cant login, are fix is coming through apple not in patched I think

I kept pressing continue and it worked.
