No Platinum For Level Up With Facebook

I posted most of my level ups but I got free Platinum only one time. I added new friends but It still doesn't work. Please help...

Yes, I did. I added more than 5. But still doesn't work.

hm i liked ch on face book but i didnt get the ten free plat...
spent about 40 mins on it and gave up ._.
