Restore My character

Hi My account got hacked and the hacker deleted My character:( I wonder if you Are able to Bring back deleted characters??
Hi there if you send in an ingame support from the affected account then we should be able to restore the character.
Please be aware that we are dealing with a large number of tickets at the moment so responses may be slower than normal.
