How long will it take?

Hey otm how long will it take to refund my items?
They can get the refund to you faster if they don't take the time to answer this so ill answer for them.
Otm is currently receiving lots of support requests, they will help everyone as soon as they can. Make sure to only submit one support ticket for your issue, if you sent one they received it and will help as soon as they can. Dont send multiple tickets as this will only flood them with more work then necessary, and delay yours and everyones refunds.
