Rare mobs

Are there rare mobs (exp/gold/rare gems) in new areas? (Fingal/Sewers/Carrowmore)
Haven't seen one and haven't seen anyone talking about it so

If there was... why would anyone say in public forum so everyone can farm?
I know in one thread someone posted about a lvl 150ish mob that drops 5-8k and items...

I think the thread you're talking about is about carrowmore tunnels bosses but I may be wrong
I was just asking but it would be a little weird if there wasn't some.
