my story is that i did something i regretted, where i bought plat on a new account, and placed half 1k hp sigs on a character. i did not enjoy playing a new server and character. two days right after i purchased it, i sent a ticket to have the sigils placed on my main character(on a different server), and received a reply two weeks later that only to hear it was considered swapping features. would it be possible to have this specific situation be overlooked as something other than swapping features with characters. if not, this was worth a shot.

I don't want to hear it as trading character features when players have refunded their sigils that have been used for months, and placed them on different character. my situation is about sigils used only for two days, and I really regret my mistake on purchasing them on a new account with a bad experience, I really don't want to have used 4000 plat on a character for only two days and never wanting to play it again. please look into this easy fix.

You can ask support to revert the sigils into play which you can then re spend as you desire

No plat cant be transferred between accounts

Its just been frustrating checking in every day several many times waiting to be helped on this situation.
