I hae sent about 8 support tickets since around the first couple of days of the update and still have not received refund. Most everyone in clan has. Is there some sort of time table! I understand otm is very busy just wanna make sure it gets done eventually. Thanks

It will get done eventually, just be patient and do not under any circumstances spam them with support tickets, as that is entirely counterproductive.

Hi there please be assured that your support ticket will be seen to in time. However due to the expansion we are dealing with a large number of backlog tickets and sending in multiple requests only slows down the process more.
