I made this forum post because I'm a bit unhappy. Ok so on Friday, May 18 2013 I sent a support ticket to OTM stating that I'd like a refund on my Dagger Of Bounty that I bought from the new Luxury shop for 150 req ( costs 475k ). So I waited a while because I was like yeah it must take a while for them to get it and all. So comes Tuesday, May 22 2013 and I wonder did my ticket go through?? I got no response and others say that it takes a day for support to get back to them. So I sent another ticket reminding them and telling them what I requested again. Then I waited. Waited and waited. Waited until Friday, May 25 2013, when I sent another ticket because I was beginning to get frustrated, because I was anxious to get my request. Now Saturday, Im making this post because I am not sure if you guys are receiving my tickets or what. Please get back to me on this because I am puzzled right now. Thank you for reading this. I really hope you can get done of what I ask.

spamming tickets is the WORST idea... This is why it takes so long, let's say 30 tickets are sent a day by each person, but then times that by 3. OTM spends enough time on forums and coding to figure out, also not to mention 90 requests a day (prob much more) now I understand your frustration... I sent one ticket and one only to OTM and took a while to get a response... Just wait, the less tickets they have, the better. I doubt they delete anyone's requests, they take everyone's into consideration

There's a ticketing system so everyone's tickets will definitely get looked into - there is currently a backlog as a result of the update and offering refunds for sigils etc, however we are working on getting through this. Going forwards we're looking at ways to help deal with big bursts of tickets beyond what is normally experienced.

Venus Vulture same thing and yeah I guess I should've only sent one ticket, I just figured that by now they'd atleast responded. Im not sending anymore tickets.
