I was almost finished when the update hit... then I killed the last wisp I needed... then I tried to start the diamond half and the dude on the dock is telling me about some stupid boat that won't come to here... I've searched up and down for the new quest because I was told it is 100+ and I have yet to find it after looking since a week arter update...

Is it possible that my old quest that can't be finished is preventing me from starting the new quest?

You probably have the old item requirements. Meteoric weapon is level 105.

Try coming back to the sailor when you reach level 105. (unless you are level 105).

I was told 100... Jesus... Well good thing I don't play my ranger much anymore anyways... Once to Meteoric Bow Quest stopped I started playing my druid more...

But if you had quest from before update, you still have it at 95 or whatever it was...

No I do not think so vanguard. I had my astral quest before the update but when update 4 came on, my quests changed.
